Chaotic Connections Board GameA brand new board game called Chaotic Connections is soon to be released on sale to the general public it was announced yesterday evening. The creator of the game and president of Chaotic Connections LLC, Ralph Dixon, anticipates that the game will be available from their distribution center from the 1st of August 2011.

The Chaotic Connections board game is going to be an exciting release onto the board game market this year, it’s a game of strategy and chance which is set to cause a storm. The game is based upon a geographical map of the US which features all of the countries major cities and highways. The main

object of the game is the for players to construct roads across the board which connect to all of their relevant cities and towns. It’s not as simple as that though, your opponents will try to stop you at every twist and turn with the introduction of things like road closures and detours, all things bought about by the chance cards. The game is said to be quite uncomplicated and as such is suitable for both children and adults, it takes just a few minutes to learn how to play it and around 45 minutes to complete the game.

At first glance the game appears to have a lot of positives over many other so called Strategy board games currently on the market today. At Board Games Critic we’re always on the lookout for games we promise and this certainly seems like one of those. We look forward to seeing and getting our hands on the Chaotic Connections game when it’s released to the public and at that time we should be able to bring you a more thorough review.

The game will be available from most good retailers come August or from the main Chaotic Connections website. You can also catch up with Chaotic Connections on their Facebook Fan Page The game is priced at $29.99.

Looks like a pretty cool game to me, I’m quite a big fan of this type of game, I’m not so fond of the classic type board game.

Looking forward to this one coming out in August.

Thanks for the heads up on this one.

@John – Agreed John, I’m liking the look of it so far, it’s nice to see a different twist from the usual board games we see. I wish the creators all the luck with it.
